Booking a Date

Save that Date

If you decide that you would like me to perform a ceremony for you or your family, I require a 50% deposit in order to save the date. Upon receipt of your deposit, I will send you a package of information and a few samples to help start the creative process. At this point I will be available for consultation by email to begin discussing the different aspects of your ceremony.

Meeting in Person

As you plan out your significant life event, it is so important to know the person officiating your ceremony is the right person for you. Meeting your officiant in person is an important step in ensuring we capture the very essence of your values and desires in your personalized ceremony. This meeting allows us to get to know each other and for you to establish some confidence in the officiant who will be part of your special day. We will begin co-creating a ceremony that is just right for you, discussing the wording, readings or poetry you’d like to include as well as music selections and rituals that are significant to your culture or background.

If you are getting married, we will meet again approximately 3 weeks before your Big Day so that I can obtain your Marriage Licence and finalize any remaining details.

When arranging a celebration of life, I will meet with the bereaved family very shortly after you contact me. We will meet at your convenience and where you will be most comfortable, to gather information appropriate for the service, to help ease the process of family eulogy writing, and music selection, if desired. I will then write a service as unique as the person we will honour and in keeping with your wishes. I will arrive at your venue half an hour early to address any changes that require attention.
